Exciting things are happening in the world of Cardio Dance with Sarah! She is changing her Peckham class to include more songs that the students love to dance to, such as Do You Love Me, YMCA, Everything is Awesome, and soon Uptown Funk! Soon we will be doing a Halloween mashup that the students will get a huge kick out of. Watch this Page as content gradually changes from Zumba related stuff to include dance of all kinds. Sigh...I have decided to cancel my Eaton Rapids Kids class for fall. Although I do have faith in my body's ability to heal, I feel I need those 2 extra weeks. October 4th will be 6 weeks. I hope to be back at Peckham and CACIL that week. Sorry!

Zumba ON.
I'm glad that you have enjoyed all my rockin' subs ----who I cannot thank enough----but I'm coming back on Tuesday and I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE YOU!!!
I broke three ribs yesterday in a car accident. I'm alive, but not able to dance for a while. So no Peckham or CACIL. Hopefully I will heal before September 14th. No, I WILL heal by September 14th! I have faith in my body's ability to heal. :)

Hey adult-type Zumba enthusiasts! I am subbing a friend's class tomorrow (Friday) and you're invited! Class is 10 AM at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing, and first class is FREEEEE! This is a great way to try Zumba with no committment. My friend says the students are mostly women in their 50s. All are welcome. Come and join the fun!!!
