Lansing Catholic High School

Lansing Catholic High School is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Bishop as its new Athletic Director. Bishop brings more than 25 years of experience in education and 15 years in athletic administration.

Current Athletic Director Kenny Goodrich will transition into a newly expanded role as Director of Strength & Conditioning, where he will focus on helping students build lifelong habits that support physical health, performance, and overall well-being.

Congratulations to the 23 Seniors who received the Service Distinction Award!

This award is given to students who have gone above and beyond the required number of service hours for graduations, completing 215 or more hours of service during their time at Lansing Catholic. The graduation requirement for the class of 2026 was 95 hours per student.

On June 19, 1865, over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, freedom reached the last enslaved people in the U.S. when Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas. Over 250,000 enslaved individuals were declared free that day, marking the moment we now honor as Juneteenth.
