What a great day for a run!! The Quaker Dash finally experienced warm and non-snow/rain conditions!!! It was a balmy 70 with little wind and only a hint of rain in the air.💙💛. Thank you to all who came out to support the Quakers❤️

Quaker Dash is tomorrow! Registration begins at 8:30. You can register on site. $25 adults, $15 kids 18 and younger.

The Quaker Dash 5k is on Sunday May 19, 2019. It includes the following events: 5k Run/Walk and Kids 1/2 mile (Ages 12 and under).

In addition to a high school and two alumni cross country teams, a few Eastern Quaker Cross Country parents have started a co-ed relay team and are still in need of two more runners. Any Quaker Dash runners interested in joining Andy Kilpatrick, Dave Muylle and Buffy Clements Burford on the Quaker Penn Relay Runners?

The Lake Lansing Team Relay will be run by teams of five. Team members will do one full lap (5.25 miles) around Lake Lansing.
