It is a compliment?

Is it an attempt at motivation?

Is it feedback?

My neighbor's mom baked a peach cobbler-type dessert and sent her with an entire pan to walk over to me!

(Yes, we are Southern)

Not only was it the sweetest gesture, it came with a simple, yet moving, note.

One that I needed to hear.

"You are great"

Not "great at..."

Not "doing great..."

Just... me. As a human.

I am great.

She doesn't know me very well. She has no idea the things I'm working on, and definitely has no clue how they are going.

What, I imagine she knew, though, was that those 3 little words would put a smile on face.

(Maybe even a bigger one than the homemade, surprise dessert already brought!)

This is exactly what the world needs more of.

More kindness.

You never know how much a few simple words might mean to someone!

A huge part of being a true leader is about being accessible. If people can't access you (authenticity), they don't trust you. If they don't trust you, they don't follow you.

Without followers, there is no leader.

Simple as that.

It's important to me to be a leader, but my style of leadership and how I show up, is driven by what others need.

(That's the part that makes me a Coach 😉)

And not stuck and frustrated and feeling like you're wasting your limited resources- time, energy, money

Second comes Resume

Third goes Coverletter

Start back over, and go in order

It's such a common question- and yet, my answer, this time is very... Uncommon?

Have you ever been in a situation where You're being mindfully unintentionally living in the present and something came along, seemingly unexpectedly, and changed the trajectory of your life or your career?
