I hope all our members had a very Happy Mother's day yesterday

Thank you to the Fundraising Committee for the succssful event, Spring For Scholarship event, held on April 25 at the Country Club of York. Committee members are Anne Bahn, Joanne Bankos, Roxanne Castellanos, Mary Crerand, Katharine Detwiler, Barb Eshenour, Patti Owen, Winnie Reineberg, Kay Roddy, Gillian Strock and Ursula Wagman.

Seven members of CWC for 50 years or more of membership were honored. Pictured seated left to right are Janet Bochichio, Donna Pantano, Chris Tassia, Dolores Kingston, Rosalie Kristick, Ursula Wagman and Jane Keffer.

Standing behind the seated CWC members are the three 2026 Anna Dill Gamble/Susan Wagman Glatfelter Scholarship recipients. Pictured left to right are:

Ella Miller, Parishioner at Sacred Heart Parish, admitted to Clemson University to study Exercise Science and Physical Therapy.
Grace Andricos, Parishioner at St. Patrick Parish, admitted to University of Alabama to study Chemical Engineering.
Stephanie Paz Guerrero, Parishioner at St. Mary's Parish, admitted to Boston University to study Finance and Economics.

On this blessed day of Easter, we rejoice in the Resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. May the promise of new life fill your hearts with hope, your homes with peace, and your lives with abundant joy.

As we celebrate the victory of light over darkness, may we be renewed in faith, strengthened in love, and inspired to share Christ’s mercy with all those we encounter.

As we enter this sacred journey of Holy Week, we walk with Christ through His Passion, death, and Resurrection.

May these holy days draw us closer to His love, deepen our faith, and remind us of the gift of salvation. Let us take time for prayer, reflection, and gratitude as we prepare our hearts for Easter joy. ✝️

Spring For Scholarships fundraising event is right around the corner! There are still reservations available to join us as we raise funds for the Anna Dill Gamble/Susan Wagman Glatfelter Scholarship Fund. On this special evening, we will be introducing the scholarship recipients for 2026. We might even have a special surprise!

Eligible applicants must be:
✔️ Catholic high school senior young women
✔️ Graduating in 2026
✔️ Planning to pursue a college degree or trade school certification
✔️ Active members in good standing of one of the following York Deanery of the Diocese of Harrisburg parishes:
