What CPR class is the best option for me? Fantastic question, let’s talk about it…
The BLS Provider class is focused on healthcare providers. Do you get hands on treating patients on a regular basis? If so, this is the best class for you! I also would strongly recommend this class for all my fellow firefighters that respond with the ambulance to any medical calls.
The Hearsaver CPR, AED, and First Aid class is focused on just about everyone else. Want to learn how to respond when someone is in need of help? Want to develop a new skill set that you could use anywhere you are at a moments notice? Want to be a little more appealing on that next application? This class is for you! We will discuss and get hands on with CPR, how to use an AED, and how to give breaths to adults, children, and infants. Beyond that, we will learn how to recognize medical emergencies, control bleeding, and how to help until more help arrives!
Already have a current CPR card but want to learn first aid skills? There’s a standalone first aid class for you!
