🍂 Hey friends and neighbors! 🍂
For 11 years now, we’ve been happily welcoming everyone in our area to our free Community Thanksgiving Luncheon! 🙏

We started with lots of different items, but over time we decided to keep it simple and focus on the traditional Thanksgiving favorites everyone loves — roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and all the classic sides that feel like home.
We love hosting this for our families and anyone who wants to join us! It’s become such a special tradition.

We’d love your thoughts! ❤️
What would you like to see us do differently this year? Any favorite sides, desserts, or little touches that would make the day even better for you and your family?

This is open, friendly feedback — we really want to hear from you! Drop your ideas in the comments below 👇

❤️ A HUGE Thank You to our incredible Lamar community! ❤️
On Thanksgiving Day friends, neighbors, and visitors filled The HOPE Center for our 10th annual Community Thanksgiving Luncheon. Nobody spent the holiday alone or hungry.
This free home cooked meal included turkey, all the fixings, and the most amazing spread of pies you’ve ever seen!
This happened because of YOU:
Our amazing volunteers who cooked, served with big smiles, delivered meals to homebound neighbors, decorated, and cleaned.
Every family, individual, and business who donated turkeys, sides, desserts, money, and supplies Thank You!
We filled every plate and enjoyed community.
Thank You to the HOPE Center for opening your doors and giving us the perfect place to gather.
Together we served up to 250 meals in-house and delivered about 150 meals. “We see you, and we’re so happy to serve you.”
Lamar, this is what community looks like. Thank you for keeping this beautiful tradition alive for 10 years. 🦃🥧
