The Lakewood High School Chamber Orchestra has exciting news!

Through a rigorous audition process, we have been selected to perform at the 2025 Music for All National Festival next March in Indianapolis. Thank you to our 23-24 Chamber Orchestra members for your hard work to make this possible! We can’t wait to make you proud with our performance in March!

Congrats to the Lakewood Bands for receiving the Exemplary Band Award from the Colorado Bandmasters Association for the 2023-2024 school year! This award is earned through excelling in concert band, marching band, jazz band, and overall program quality. We are proud to join the list of schools who received this award for all their hard work last year! Congrats everyone!

For the fifth consecutive year, Jeffco Public Schools has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education award from the National Association of Music Merchants Foundation for its outstanding commitment to music education. This designation is awarded to districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement in providing music access and education to all students.

Congratulations to the Chamber Orchestra and Jazz Band who were named the Outstanding 5A String Orchestra and Jazz Band at the 2024 Colorado West Music Invitational!

Congratulations to Bryce and Charlie on being selected to the Colorado All State Symphonic Band! Amazing work this weekend! Yay band!

Shout out to the Wind Symphony on their performance at the CBA Regional Concert Band Festival last week! Out of over 120 bands, they ranked in the top 32 to move on to the State Concert Band Festival in April. Congrats!!
