When I choose read alouds I like to make sure I have a variety of genres, different types of characters + books that are going to catch my students’ attention, make them think a little deeper + expose my students to different types of people and places. 📖

That’s a wrap on year 10 🎉

Our half day was filled with an extra long morning meeting, sunglasses craft, year slideshow, last day of school read aloud + some end of the year digital activities ✨

This year’s wonderful group of 4th graders made for one of my favorite years of teaching yet! 🧡

But now I’m ready to bring on summer with lots of dog walks, porch coffee + a little bit of travel! ✈️

We had a teacher girl’s night out at the watching ‘An American Tail’ and it was such a good show! It was so fun to see ...

We had a teacher girl’s night out at the watching ‘An American Tail’ and it was such a good show! It was so fun to see a student from our district & our music teachers’ brother as the lead. 🐭 Highly recommend attending with or without kids!
