Criminal behavior, nuclear threat to the world and numerous delusional remarks and global harmful actions - have led 36 high level physicians and mental health experts, and 2/3 of American citizens to agree that Trump is unfit to remain in office. Your primary vote matters to the WORLD. Your vote as an American citizen is STILL the only way to beat money and power behaving BADLY.

President Donald Trump’s profanity-laced Easter Sunday social media post threatening to bomb civilian infrastructure in Iran led some Democratic lawmakers to call for his removal via the 25th Amendment.

Wow.... right?? I love this! A reminder that being alone can be a time for self-love, for self-reflection and for rest! I am also aok with "escaping" my solitude to be among friends. To share and witness and explore life in community. What does being alone mean to you?

Hey there friends! I fell off posting here for several months. Was in the Seattle area helping my sweet and sassy Mom recover from a broken tibia! 😳

So welcome to WINTER! At leaset here in NW Montana the temps are dropping tho still no snow in the valley yet. Just a white glaze of frosting on the peaks.

So in the spirit of the season, this month's blog serves up some GREAT ways to keep moving and motivated when it can feel harder to get out of bed.

If you'd like to get my monthly coaching blog in your inbox each month, just ping me below and I'm happy to add you!

Stay healthy and moving my friends!

At Upways Coaching , questions like this keep us up at night. (More on quality sleep later). So today we zero in on why so many of us seem to live our lives in a perpetual state of awareness without action. And today we’ll offer you a chance – an experiment - to start moving the needle on replac...

This month I've been intentional about the self-growth space. More specifically my own self-growth. What does it mean to me at this time in my life and where can I challenge myself in areas that would make my life less stressful?

A few of the key tools we share at upways.co include reviewing your Life Pie (i.e. the priority slices of your life) and time-blocking is another popular practice. Like any other healthy life habit, we fall in and out of good practice and focused intention that we know has made our life run more smoothly in the past.

So I'm challenging myself this beautiful summer month here in NW Montana - where the scenery is breathtaking and the outdoor opportunities seem endless and so incredibly tempting and distracting! - I'm challenging myself to schedule pauses, i.e. small blocks of time, to be still. To sit down, slow my pulse, look around and take the present moment in. Literally!

This seemingly simply act of self-care is among the most proven practices for continued self-growth. Because when we slow down long enough to be still and really listen to the air we breathe and let all random thoughts pass through and move on - we are opening ourselves to the here and now!

Have a peaceful day and take time for the wonderful nothingness in any given day. This really is where most of the beauty and discovery is!

Hi friends! This month I'm exploring more about the Growth vs. Fixed mindset. Philosopher Carol Dwek first introduced this concept in 2006, with her book "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success". At Upways Accountability Coaching, we follow the Growth Mindset model in all that we do. If you'd like to receive our monthly blogs you can message me here and we'll add you to our list. From time-blocking and your Life Values Pie, to reducing daily fatigue and anxiety and - this month - learning how to kick off your own Growth Mindset journey - we cover all that we practice and share now with our clients. Our first "intro" coaching sessions are always complimentary. Learn more at upways.co

Have a beautiful week and know that you have so much to offer this world!
