Effective Communication is important, but over communicating is unnecessary.

Once my daughter was in public school, she struggled in many ways, and every day brought another negative note written in her agenda. The constant focus on what she was doing wrong, instead of recognizing her efforts or growth, began to take an emotional toll on both of us. That kind of overwhelming and often unnecessary negative communication affected our daily lives more than people realized.

It was out of that experience that I felt the need to create a more intentional and specific communication sheet, one that focuses on what truly matters, provides clarity, and avoids discouraging or excessive comments about the child.
