🔍🏕️ Today’s scavenger hunt took an unexpected turn… we found a TOAD! 🐸😂

The kids searched high and low for treasures from nature, but the highlight of the day was definitely our surprise visitor. We observed, asked questions, talked about respecting wildlife, and then sent our little friend on his way.

You can plan activities all day long, but sometimes nature creates the best lessons! ❤️

🔥🏕️ S’more fun, less fire! 🍫

Today we learned campfire safety while making s’mores over a flameless heater. Did the marshmallows get perfectly gooey? Not exactly… these campers didn’t have time for that! 😂 But they had a blast, enjoyed a tasty treat, and learned a little along the way.

Sometimes the best memories are a little messy, a little impatient, and a whole lot of fun! ❤️

Another fun day of Camping Week! 🏕️🔥

The kids are now building our pretend campfire completely on their own and even decided our campsite needed a fishing pond! 🎣

We spent some time outside collecting nature treasures and creating beautiful nature collages. Inside we made camper bracelets with pony beads and pipe cleaners (which was a bigger hit than I expected 😆).

I love watching their creativity grow as they work together, solve problems, and add new ideas to our campsite each day. ❤️🌿

When camping theme meets electronic day 🏕️🔥🎮

We built a pretend campfire together, made forts, practiced teamwork, and even enjoyed our electronics inside the “tent.” We also talked about how Jesus and His disciples often traveled, rested, and spent time outdoors together too.

A fun day of imagination, cooperation, and summer camp memories! 💛

Last day of school fun was definitely one for the books! ☀️🎉

We spent the morning outside dancing on the playground, drawing with chalk, and cooling off with popsicles! It got a little too hot, so we came inside and took advantage of all the extra room while we get ready for our new floors next week! 🤩

The kiddos played games, had dance parties, and even earned extra treasure box prizes! 🏆🎶 Now we are ending our amazing year together with PIZZA! 🍕❤️

What a year it has been. We are so proud of every single child and all the growth, friendships, laughter, and memories made this school year. Happy Last Day of School from all of us at Sheri’s Learning Thru Love! 🫶

Tiny beads… BIG determination 💖✨

Watching the kiddos power through the fine motor challenges of bracelet making was honestly the best part of today. From dropped beads to starting over again and again, they stayed patient, focused, and so proud of themselves in the end! 🫶

They created friendship bracelets for their friends, their parents, and of course a few special ones for themselves too 🥰 Each bracelet was made with so much love, creativity, and personality.

Activities like this build more than bracelets — they build patience, focus, hand strength, confidence, and kindness toward others. And most importantly… they had SO much fun creating together! 🌈✨

Art Explosion Day was pure creativity from start to finish 🎨✨

Today the tables were filled with paint, markers, glue, paper, and all kinds of art supplies… and the kiddos were free to create whatever their imaginations dreamed up! No right or wrong way — just creativity, exploration, and FUN. ❤️

Some used stickers, some built masterpieces, and some mixed every material together into their own little works of art. We love giving children the freedom to create without limits! 🌈🖌️
