8th grade...preparing for FCAT writes: Dr. Walker, DRAPES, now media analysis

End of the nine weeks - make sure you have all of your make up work done!

6th graders...Embedded Assessment final copies due Thursday.
7th graders...Don't forget your newspaper projects are due Thursday. Embedded Assessment Myths are due Friday.
8th graders...Wrapping up unit 1 so that we can do Embedded Assessment after break.

Great American Teach In went well. 6th graders saw a K9 demo and the 7th graders designed an OJ advertisment, commerical and all. Two more days and freedom for a week!! Hurray!!

What a busy week so far!! Tomorrow's Great American Teach In will be fun. All grade levels working on the Martin Luther King Jr. essay this week. Looking forward to some much needed time off next week.
