For our final CITuesday, we’re featuring our Counselor in Training Anchor award and summer 2026 winners! ⚓️✨

When our Director of Leadership Development was asked to comment, he had this to say:

“The CIT Anchor Award is given to one boy and one girl from each block who demonstrate outstanding qualities in the cabin, at activities, and within their block. Being an Anchor is about uniting the CIT block and leaving a positive impact on everyone around you through both your words and your actions.

These are some big-time leaders making big-time plays. Each of our Anchor recipients left their mark on Thunderbird this summer, and Camp is a better place because they were here.

Shoutout my dawgs who received Anchor this summer. You earned it, and Thunderbird is better because of the impact you made.”
