Cranial Sacral Therapy with Tammy McLendon
"To learn craniosacral therapy is to learn to reside in the relational field, a field of interactive attention, between the practitioner and the client.
We will learn about the tide, the primary respiratory mechanism, SBJ movements and stillpoints. But we will not be looking at strains and stasis in the tissues and fluids but at individual life history stored in the body and psyche of each person. How bodies store overwhelm until they can process. We will hold feet and view the steps they take. We provide validation for systems that leads to ease.
Calming work where a basic skill is to hold awe and wonder, CST is the next level for a bodyworker looking for deeply soulful sessions."
