Skills breakdown is important Yes, but if your trainer is never giving you live reads, contact work or competition than are you really growing… I like to pair my athletes together a lot of days so that they can compete, because skills have to be tested on the battlefield to see translation. If you are just being put through the motions and never battling how will we know to adjust and adapt?! We worked our skills first half and applied them the 2nd

The best coaches understand the game is bigger than wins, losses, rankings or recognition. 🏀 You’re helping shape young people who will remember how you coached them long after their playing days are over. Develop the player, mentor the person, and leave them better than you found them. Coaching is about impact, not ego. 💯

I have been able to play multiple games in the new merch and it is fantastic to hoop in. A lot of us have to bring extra shirts wearing those thick cotton material that holds sweat and become heavy.
