Join me for a 3-week journey into Bakasana (Crow Pose)—one of the most empowering (and surprisingly accessible!) arm balances in yoga. Whether you’ve never tried it or you’ve been “almost there” for years, this series is designed to break it down step-by-step in a way that actually makes sense in your body.
We’ll build strength, explore alignment, and learn how to trust ourselves upside down—without taking it all too seriously. Expect wobbles, breakthroughs, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

February’s meditation theme is Inner Peace 🤍
When the world feels loud, fast, or heavy, yoga gives us a place to come back to ourselves. This month, we’ll spend time exploring inner peace—not as something we have to earn or perfect, but as something we can gently reconnect with, breath by breath.
Through meditation and movement, we’ll practice creating moments of steadiness even when things feel uncertain or overwhelming. A reminder that peace doesn’t mean ignoring what’s happening around us—it means having a place inside to land when it all feels like too much.

First full day in Bangkok with - Morning Yoga followed by breakfast and then a temple tour by boat - The Grand Palace with Emerald Buddha, Reclining Buddha Temple and Wat Arun- absolutely stunning!

Happy New Year 🤍
I hope the start of January is going well for all of you! I will be doing a bit of traveling this month so I’m on a limited schedule, however, I hope to see you in the studio as we explore tuning into our inner selves.
As this year begins, may we move a little slower, breathe a little deeper, and listen more closely to who we truly are. Yoga reminds us that wisdom lives in the quiet moments—when we pause long enough to feel, notice, and trust ourselves.
Here’s to a year of presence, honesty, and moving from the inside out.
