Congratulations to my seller on a successful closing!

Sometimes we want to look at stats specifically for our town and our community. As someone who grew up in Gladstone and moved back to raise my daughter, I love paying attention to the Gladstone market!
In addition to these stats, I also have stats about the way home prices are trending (spoiler-they’re pretty consistent with last month), how list prices are trending, and at what % a home is likely to close compared to its list price. This is why I research the market for every client every time. These stats help me best position my clients for strong negotiations.
