Transportation is currently working with bus drivers on the 2023/24 bus routes. Drivers will start informing parents/guardians pick up times Aug 16, 2023
If you have not been contacted by a bus driver by 10 am on Friday Aug 18, 2023, please contact the Transportation office at 616-374-0759. Please remember if your VM is not set up or currently full, drivers can not leave you a message.
ALL Transportation changes need to be submitted to the Transportation office no later than Tuesday August 15th by 2pm to be effective for the 1st week of school. Any changes submitted between Aug 16 & 23 will not go into effect until Aug 29, 2023

National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day
Let's Celebrate Lakewood Drivers

February 22 is National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day. Our schools and families count on Lakewood drivers every school day to ensure that kids arrive safely to and from school, and on time. Our transportation administrators, mechanics, and sub drivers are the first to step in when needed. And, on days such as today, when the Michigan road conditions are difficult to navigate, we are reminded how our skillful drivers, mechanics, and transportation staff dedicate themselves to serving students and families with professionalism and care. Please celebrate with us on this day to share words of appreciation for our Lakewood drivers who go the extra mile to serve our students. We are grateful to our incredible transportation team. THIS IS LAKEWOOD.

If you need to change your students PM transportation for today 11/17/22 please contact your student's school and talk to the secretary.
