🔮 FEEL the space around you, above you, and within you, and
💡 POPULATE a thought of self-support for yourself, including:

"I deserve to experience self-patience" or
"It's okay to take a moment here for me, the world WON'T fall apart [laugh at yourself a little!]" or...

▶️ YOU find the words. Your own words in your mind, heart, and moment are the healing antidote of the moment.

Trust yourself 🙂 Listen to yourself. And give yourself a moment
