There seems to be stigma or fear associated with certain subcultures or ways of being. I hope to add a positive perspective to the world of creative exploration, geeks, and gamers. NC Mental Health Providers in Response to Hurricane Helene

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we know the need for mental health services will be critical in the weeks, months, and years to come. To help meet this need the the National Association of Social Workers North Carolina in conjunction with the NC Psychological Association, North Carolina Psychiatric Association, the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, the NC Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the Licensed Clinical Counselors of North Carolina has complied a list of mental health providers willing to offer free or sliding-scale fees for individuals affected by the hurricane.

Met lots of Enneagram practitioners at the summit and since Dan Siegel has a book on using the Enneagram now, I am sure it will be more popular and legitimized as a tool for healing and personal development. Sharing a conversation with a fellow Heart Type Panel participant--weaving IFS and Enneagram. A quick visualization of what the systems could look like. And really, many tools and modalities have similar practices. They're many versions of the same. And through the years I can see how the messenger matters. So if you speak on systems of change and healing, do it your own way. I know it will reach the right people. I am still off FB and it feels great. Take care everyone. Sharing resources still.
