Spent the weekend in Sacramento attending the CSBA Delegate Assembly and connecting with education leaders from across California. I always leave these events feeling inspired and reminded why this work matters so much.

I’m passionate about doing everything we can to improve conditions for students and make sure every child has the support and opportunities they deserve. Grateful for the chance to be part of important conversations that help shape the future of public education.

Had a great time today at the employee appreciation reception for the Lake Elsinore Unified School District. We celebrated our retirees, District Employees of the Year, and our amazing site and department Employees of the Year.

It was such a nice reminder of how many incredible people work behind the scenes every day to support our students and schools. We are so thankful for their dedication, service, and heart. They are a huge part of what makes LEUSD such a special place! 💙

I loved being a part of the mentoring program at Temescal Canyon High School again this year.

I’m a big believer that even one more caring, adult can make a meaningful difference in a student’s life. Taking a little time to connect, encourage, and listen goes further than we sometimes realize.
