Meet our speaker for the 2026 Cultivate Conference!

Carrie De Francisco is an author, podcaster, homeschool coach, and “retired” home educator who blends faith, simplicity, and joy to guide moms in educating their children. She loves offering moms practical ways to simplify homeschooling one step at a time, one day at a time, and one cup of coffee at a time through her Coffee With Carrie Homeschool Help podcast, TikTok “Cook & Chat” reels, blog, books, Morning Time Plans, and one-on-one personalized coaching. As an out-of-the-box thinker, she embraces out-of-the-curriculum box homeschooling. Carrie is also the author of Just Breathe (and Take a Sip of Coffee): Homeschool Simply & Enjoyably, Homeschool High School: A Handbook for Christian Education, and new book, A Home Education Handbook: 9 Questions to Ask for Simple and Balanced Home-Based Learning. She is known for sharing her homeschooling insights and humor at Coffeewithcarrie.org, (IG), and Coffee With Carrie Homeschool Help (YouTube). Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Carrie now lives and enjoys doing life in Southern California with her husband, two adult kids, daughter-in-law, and and very introverted dog.

This one-day event is designed as a day of encouragement for the new school year and an opportunity to connect with other mothers.

Our guest speaker, Carrie De Francisco, helps mothers “simplify their homeschooling one step at a time, one day at a time, and one cup of coffee at time.” Carrie can be found .

A panel of experienced homeschool mothers will answer questions with an authenticity that might surprise you! The day is a time for food & fellowship, giveaways, and of course, coffee!
