Our member managed, private lake is at risk and it’s time to make it simple for ALL MEMBERS to get involved in ALA again. This year’s election for the ALA Board will shape the future of Lake Arrowhead as we know it. All ALA members should be welcome to attend and participate in board meetings, in person or online!
• Proud Lake Arrowhead property owner, Dock Captain in Meadow Bay, and the guy who
loves to ski at 7:01am on our amazing lake.
• As a current Vice President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Active Rotary International Member for 15 years, I am knowledgeable, as to how transparency in a 501(c7) should operate.
• Husband to an elementary school teacher, and father to three adult children who all love to spend time on Lake Arrowhead. I will take your call, listen to your concerns and issues and promise to share your comments with my fellow board members.

Increase Transparency, Trust, and Communications
o As an active ALA member, you will be invited to attend and participate in all scheduled Board meetings either online or in person. Additionally, I will push for members to receive the same materials as the Board or Committee Members prior to the meetings. o ALA often forgets it’s a member service organization – I want to bring the power back to the membership, instead of just the select few Board members. No More Constant Rule and Bylaw Changes Without Consent of Members
o The Current ALA Board changed the ALA bylaws 55 times in the past few years to benefit themselves and removed dock owner protections in violation of ALA bylaws. Will Not Support Commercialization of our Private Lake. o Unlike the current ALA Board that voted to commercialize the lake by giving lake and property
access to the public, I will not support commercialization of our private lake.
