It got me thinking about where in my life can I enjoy more of life’s sweetness?

For me it’s in the small everyday things.
Why wait for only the big things to celebrate.

Enjoy life’s sweetness now.

This week my intention is active rest.

However, it doesn’t mean that all I’m doing is lying around the couch with my dog and growing a human.

No, active rest can be doing something active but less intense than pushing hard all day everyday.

You find yourself going so hard you crash and feel as if you have nothing left to give. 🪫
Then you have to isolate yourself in order to recover from your burnout. You miss out on fun time, family, friends, and joy.

What a beautiful morning! Another week of training done! I absolutely love getting to meet all the wonderful ladies that show up each week. It’s always fun walking/running with a group of awesome ladies.
