Education Destination lifts up Ascension Episcopal School in prayer.
We pray for the families, students, staff, and all whose lives have been affected by this horrible and senseless tragedy.
May the comfort of God’s eternal love surround you, and may His arms carry you through the sorrow, fear, and pain.
We pray for peace where there is heartbreak, strength where there is weakness, and hope where there feels like none.
May God’s grace cover your community and bring light in the darkest of moments.
With love, prayer, and unwavering support, Education Destination School

Today our Pelicans met new friends from St.Pius. The student council of SPES not only donated the gifts of a picnic table, a shade umbrella, and a raised flower bed for our garden next year but more importantly their time and kindness. Our Pelicans greatly enjoyed the fellowship through playing bingo and the dance party before parting ways today. This was most definitely not a goodbye but a see you real soon. 'swork

Thank you to everyone who supported Education Destination's PeliCANs in our annual fundraiser. Your support allows us to meet our end-of-the-year financial obligations. With supporters as yourselves, we are able to continue to serve our amazing Pelicans and our small but mighty school.

PeliCAN STYLE!
This week in our Transition High School class, Mrs. Jules’ Social Studies lesson focused on Ancient Mesopotamia and one of its greatest inventions—the wheel!
Students learned that early Mesopotamians created both the wheel and pottery using clay. To bring history to life, our Pelicans made their own pinch pots using air-dry clay, mimicking how pottery was originally formed by hand.
Afterward, we explored how the invention of the pottery wheel transformed this process, making pottery more efficient and consistent. Seeing the connection between innovation and daily life helped students truly understand the impact of this ancient invention.
