Meet Jon Charlesworth.

Jon serves as a Regional Educator in Agriculture and Natural Resources for Purdue Extension in the West Central Region.

"I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue University and began my career working in seed corn and soybean production, as well as soil and water conservation. Ten years ago, I joined Purdue Extension, where I continue to serve communities across the region. While I don’t identify with a single specialty area within Agriculture and Natural Resources, I value being a generalist. I enjoy connecting with people across a variety of topics and helping them use our natural resources in responsible and sustainable ways."

We are so happy to have Emily on our team! 🀩

Meet Emily Ade.

Emily serves as the 4-H Youth Development Educator for Purdue Extension in Warren County and is the County Extension Director in Warren and Benton County.

"I was born and raised in West Lafayette, Indiana, where I attended Benton Central High School and was a 10-year 4-Her in Tippecanoe County. I grew up showing cattle and pigs with my family. After I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Education, I was blessed to get the Warren County 4-H position, which I have held for the last 5 years. In my role, I oversee the Warren County 4-H program and get to connect with the Warren County community through various projects. I enjoy the people I get to work with and meet through these roles. Community is a strong part of Purdue Extension’s mission, and I am blessed to be in strong communities through this role."
