Once a Molecular Toxicologist for a major pharmaceutical company, this self trained Chef has opened Innova Cuisine and is living the American success story of reinvention. In the kitchen, Innova Cuisine exploits the Chefs scientific expertise all while maintainin respect for cul
inary tradition. Whether catering an event for 20 or 200 or participating at major culinary events and fund raisers, Innova Cuisine blends moderist techniques with regional cuisine to present a unique and innovative approch to food. Innova Cuisine reaches its customers though private catering servies, limited engagement Pop-Up Restaurant events, Culinary education and training and sales of gourmet jams and condiments at local gourmet shops, farmers markets and online storefront. Innova Cuisine is an active Farm-to-Table supporter and frequently participates as a guest Chef in local food movement dinners and fund raisers. Innova Cuisine is proud to work with such wonderful community groups such as the Foodshed Alliance, Project Self Sufficiency, the United Way and others.
