FBS is thankful to the Lord to begin the new year with the blessing of seeing MABC students in person for classes this week on common counseling issues. We are grateful for Dr. Robert Jones providing instruction on a careful examination of common counseling problems such as anger, worry, fear, or depression. The class aims to train students to discern the ways that these attitudes are expressed and how to help the counselee respond biblically. Please be praying for these MABC students this week.

Wednesday morning kicked off the closing day at the ACBC national conference in Fort Worth. Kirk gave away another book 😄📙and Sam talked with a current student in the MABC at FBS and his wife.

Welcome students!

Faith Bible Seminary is praising the Lord for the 46 men undergoing pastoral training in the Master of Divinity (MDiv) program cohort that began this fall. This is the largest group of men in our MDiv program history!

Last week, the men spent three days in Dr. Brent Aucoin's Bible geography class. Students received a detailed overview of the land of Canaan with an emphasis on how the geography of the land sheds insight upon the meaning of the biblical text. The men grew in the appreciation of God’s redemptive plan through an understanding of God’s word in its historical and geographical context.

After the class, the students shared how the details of topography, city locations, regions, and features of the Land of Promise make their Bible reading and study more fruitful and enjoyable.

Congratulations to the 2025 Faith Bible Seminary graduates! Saturday's commencement was the culmination of years of hard work for the MABC and MDiv degree recipients. To God be the glory for these great students and may He be glorified in all they do!
