Heeeyyyy, been a minute since I’ve made one of these posts but I get asked a good bit if I’m still working out. The short answer is yes, just differently. I’m not quite ready to share everything, but I’m working harder, crushing goals, setting new PR’s, and overall being more intentional. This training season has taught me a lot and hasn’t come easy, and I still have a good ways to go, but I’m happy with my progress so far. With that being said, I have to give my girl a shoutout for coaching me through this wild journey ✨

Here it is, y’all!! My first LIVE workout will be taking place tomorrow at 3pm EST! I thought about waiting a week, but I’m just too damn excited, so it’s happening! I’ve lined up a killer lower body workout that can be done with or without weights! I’ll be working out in my basement, but you can do this wherever you like to workout ☺️ I’ll be emailing a replay of the workout along with a complete list so that you can do it again another time. The cost per class is $20, and I’ve popped a link to pay in my bio. I will email you a Zoom link to join and then you’ll be all set! This will be a quick workout with a lot of bang and I’m so excited for it! See you there!!!
