Much needed recharge. There was rain. There were mud puddles. There were baths. The baths were immediately undone. 1000/10.

Hello beloveds! Just popping by to let you all know that this birthworker is booked, blessed and jonesing for rest ☺️ For real though, 2024 is all booked out for doula babies. I am so honored to support you ding dang dreamboats as you grow your families and our community. You can find me at birth assisting and student-midwifing with the amazing team there, so don’t be a stranger if I missed you this year. Thank you all for supporting my birthwork and allowing me to be an activist for a living. I’m in awe every day 🥰

It’s been a busy summer! Lots of babies, lots of berries, lots of big (cool) changes. I turned 33, I celebrated five and half years of recovery from SUD, and (most exciting, imo) I applied to and am now enrolled in the Midwives College of Utah. That’s right, yuh girl is going back to school!

What does that mean for doula care, you ask? Great question. I’ll be paring down my doula practice a bit to focus on birth assisting at and getting adjusted to being a student. So, that said, if you’re interested in doula care I encourage you to reach out early! Things book up fast! I am so stinking grateful for all of the support and love I’ve received in making this shift, I couldn’t even imagine trying to pull this off without this wildly beautiful community. I’m completely obsessed with all of you 🖤

I’ve heard it’s Doula Week, so if I could please take a wee lil minute and say a very big and very wholehearted ✨thank you✨ to all the amazing humans who I’ve had the honor to support on their journeys. Through the tears, big smiles, and everything in between, witnessing your births is the great joy of my life. Thank you for supporting my birthwork and making my dream job my real job. It’s truly bananas that I get to do this work. I love this picture and this human so much, with her beautiful and powerful smile 🌈🌊💛

Thinking today a lot about what it means to have a unified support team during your pregnancy and at your birth, and what emotional safety in pregnancy and labor feels like for different people. What are some things you need to feel safe and seen in the world and your relationships? How does that translate to your birth space? ✨🖤✨ PWP parent photo credit

Trying to decide if hospital selfies are a thing now. Maybe? Thoughts? Anyway I’m so grateful as always to be witnessing another parent in their power ✨🖤✨

These little moments are some of the sweetest in birthwork. Relishing the little breaks, holding someone, reminding them “you’re safe, you’re held, you’re amazing” ✨🖤✨. PWP. Parent Photo by
