Someone asked me recently, what my favorite thing to paint was, and I told them denim! Something about painting on jeans just gets me in the zone.

I LOVED creating these personalized denim jeans for my daughter, her friends, her dance coach, and my former students! I have always encouraged them to go after their dreams, and nurture their gifts. Little did I know, they'd be doing the same for me, as they trusted me with this special tradition.

Looking back over the years, I have had many plans/dreams/hopes. But I never thought I'd be preparing my own booth to showcase my doodles and creations at an art walk! The things I used to do as a kid (like sketching on notes so I'd focus in class, or creating my own fonts because I was bored) are now something that is blossoming into so much more.

I'm looking forward to being one of the artists at 's 2nd annual Art Walk tomorrow!

Come on out to Main Street between 6pm-9pm and see what myself and other local artists have created!
