Tummy time is an important part of an infant’s development! It helps strengthen the **neck, shoulders, arms, back, and core muscles** while preparing babies for important milestones like rolling, sitting, crawling, and eventually walking. 🧸✨

Sitting with support in a **soft, supportive chair** can also give infants an opportunity to practice their balance, posture, and body control while exploring their surroundings. 🪑👶🏽

At Babies 2 T.O.T.S., we encourage safe, age-appropriate floor time and supported sitting to help our little ones **grow stronger, build confidence, and reach those exciting milestones!** 💕🌱
