Otero College is Hiring: Faculty – Construction

Do you have experience in the construction trades and a passion for helping the next generation build real-world skills?

Otero College is seeking a full-time Construction Faculty member to teach, mentor, and help grow our Construction Trades program in La Junta, Colorado.

This position is a great fit for someone who understands construction methods, tools, equipment, job-site safety, and hands-on learning — and who wants to make a lasting impact on students preparing for the workforce.

The position includes classroom and hands-on instruction, job-site project coordination, student advising, industry collaboration, and helping connect students with real career opportunities in the construction trades.

✅ Full-time, 9-month faculty position
✅ Located at Otero College in La Junta
✅ Salary range: $45,168–$48,212
