Last week, UCSD alumnus and current UCSD graduate student Victor Miranda (SP18) hosted a workshop on the importance of education beyond undergrad 🎓 He went over different types of graduate schools (Masters vs. PhD) as well as went over pros and cons of attending advanced higher education (financial support, network connections, job prospects, resources). Thank you Victor for hosting an informative workshop for current undergradate students.

We’d like to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday season! We hope that you get to spend this time surrounded by the people you love or helping others who may not be so fortunate. Tis’ the season of giving and we’d like to give you our warmest regards.

On December 1st, 1975, 2 fraternal fathers and 14 founding fathers gathered together at 400 Willis Hall at Kean University to create an organization, a first of its kind, designed to uplift and empower collegiate Latino Men and the community as a whole. This organization would be known as Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc, which has created a history that has transcended throughout other colleges and universities in the United States; history which has had a positive impact on our communities and our nation; history which has forever change the Greek system. We whole heartedly have believed in upholding our principles of unity, respect, culture, brotherhood, pride since it’s conception, and 44 years later we stand here with over 160 fraternal entities nationwide, still practicing those same principles. Here at UCSD we pride ourselves in being part of this movement that has forever changed our world. En La Union Está La Fuerza— In Unity there is strength. #ΛΘΦ

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours.

Here are a couple of photos from Greek Week. We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came to support the event this year. 💪🏽 All proceeds went to the non-profit, Stand-up For Kids. Just to give everyone an idea of what they focus on, they focus on preventing teen homelessness, and providing resources and help.

located in the Student Business Services Center by
Croutons.
Wednesday, April 11th:
1. Sh**un 7-9pm. Come out to play pool, get to know
us, and have a good time
Thursday, April 12th:
1. Social with Hermanas Unidas , Revelle plaza.
Join us in a social filled with a bunch of fun games
and ice breakers.
