Heggies pizza pick up is tomorrow after school until 5 pm. If your child is in surrounding care, we can set it aside to be picked up when you pick up your child. All orders must be picked up tomorrow, as we will not have room to store any pizzas. Thank you!

🍲 **Parent-Teacher Conference Staff Meal** 🍲

For Parent-Teacher Conferences, we’re putting together a meal for our amazing teachers and staff as a little way to show our appreciation for all they do!

**Monday, October 19th**, we’ll be serving a variety of delicious soups, and we’re looking for volunteers to help by bringing in a crockpot of soup. ❤️

If you’re able to donate a soup, please comment below! We’re hoping to have soups dropped off at school around **noon**.

Crockpots can be picked up between **6:00–7:00 PM** that evening or the following day.

Thank you so much for helping us make our teachers and staff feel appreciated! 🥣❤️

🎉 We hope everyone had an amazing first day back! 🎉

The PTO is excited for another great school year! We will be sending home a small newsletter next week with information about some fun things coming up. 👀

📅 The newsletter will include upcoming dates and events—including a coffee truck during school pick-up one day! ☕🚚

It will also include a form for families to fill out and return to school. The form will include information about:

🙋 Volunteering for upcoming events
👕 Student shirt sizes for shirts that will be ordered for all students and paid for by the PTO

We are currently looking for anyone who is available to help with School Picture Day on September 9. Volunteers will help with the flow of students and assist in making sure everyone is picture-ready.

We are loving the submissions for the school shirts. Only a few days left to get those shirt design submissions turned in!

We are doing another call for artists who want to design shirts for next year. Student designs will be voted on at the beginning of the school year by the students. The winning student design will go on the all-school shirts the PTO provides. Any adult designs will go onto an online shopping portal.

The teachers and staff had to get everything out of their rooms (and library) at the end of the past school year to prepare for the construction. They will be able to move back in on Aug 13. We are looking for anyone who wants to volunteer to help with anyone that needs help. It will mostly involve organizing and unboxing things. Kids can come along and help as well. Please reach out if you are able to help and we will get you more info as the date gets closer.
