is not to deliver a "product" but rather to help you, as a person, learn how to survive and to defend yourself and your loves ones by teaching you skills that work in the real world. Our staff is here to help you through your training and to make it easy and fun yet challenging enough for you to take action when lives depend on it. We offer a wide variety of classes that cover everything from scho

ol to police and military. Our instructors are well qualified with years of experience and enjoy teaching and working with people. If self defense is something you're interested in, we have classes for all ages available to you. No problem! We believe in treating people first.
