Mariachi Los Halcones was invited to welcome the families and students being honored at the Top 10% Banquet for the Hays HS Class of '26! Congratulations to all the students being recognized for their hard work, dedication, and academic excellence. We are proud to celebrate such an incredible group of future leaders and scholars. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special evening! 🎓🎶🎺

As we close out another incredible year, we are proud to celebrate the final concert performances of Mariachi Los Halcones, Mariachi Los Halcones Juvenil, and Mariachi Los Halconitos! 🎶❤️ Thank you to all of our students, families, and supporters for an unforgettable year filled with hard work, growth, and incredible music.

This concert was also especially meaningful as we recognized our senior members during their final concert with the program. Your dedication, leadership, and passion have helped shape Mariachi Los Halcones, and we are so proud of everything you have accomplished! 🎓🎻

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week from Mariachi Los Halcones! To celebrate, the administration at Buda Elementary invited Mariachi Los Halcones to perform a special concert for the amazing BES teachers — including several who once taught members of our group! Thank you to the Buda Elementary administration for making this opportunity possible and for allowing us to show our appreciation for all that your teachers do. ✏️🎶🍎

A huge finish to the year, our Mariachi Los Halcones competed at the Texas Association of Mariachi Educators 2026 State Contest and walked out earning 🥈2ND PLACE🥈in the 0-4 Emerging Ensemble Division!

This was Mariachi Los Halcones' first time competing in TAME, and ranked 2nd out of 9 competing ensembles across the entire state of Texas, earning them a TOP SPOT among the fastest growing programs in the state.

Congratulations to these students and the hours of work they pour into their musicianship and keeping the culture of mariachi alive! 🎺🏆🎻

Congratulations to all our Mariachi Los Halcones members on a great All-Region Mariachi Concert and Clinic! These students represented Hays HS as being the best mariachis in Region 18, playing in groups consisting of members of Lehman HS and Adkins HS as well! These students had the opportunity to work with renowned mariachi educators Michael Sital and Eloy Garza, as well as put on a show in only two days!
