Aloha!
After careful consideration, we are changing the ages of our program. Any child enrolled after October 31st, must be 2 years and 6 months old or older by January 31st 2026.

Our program will slowly be transitioning from a 2-5 year old program to 3-5 years old program. Any child enrolled after January 2026, must be 3 by August 2026.

August 31st is a very special day in our classroom. It is Maria Montessori's Birthday!

To honor and celebrate her, we did a traditional birthday walk, where each child got to represent Dr.Montessori and walk around the sun 86 times! We discussed who Maria was and how she created our school, as well as the work inside of it.
We finished our discussion by listening to a read-along of Little People, Big Dreams: Maria Montessori.

We have openings for 3 days and 2 days! 2 days are limited!!
We are a Licensed Group Child Care Home program. We are located in Kula, next to Holy Ghost.

I am a Patch Certified Teacher with my CDA (Child Development Associate) and ECPC (Early Childhood Professional Certificate), and I hold a degree from the North American Montessori Center. I have over 9 years of experience working with young children in both Montessori Environments and Traditional Classrooms.

Food Prep of the Month: Making Homemade Juice!

Once a month, we choose a recipe to make togeher as a class. We have made applesauce, muffins, smoothies, butter and more! This month we made homemade juice!
We worked on so many skills such as:

🧃Washing our hands thoroughly and learning the importance of having a clean space for food prep.
🍓Reading and following a recipe.
🍎Transferring with a spoon.
🍊Using tongs.
🍍Pouring.
🥭Drinking from an open cup.
🥕Waiting our turn patiently.

We love our Monthly Food prep! 😊

We are so happy to announce that we now offer gymnastics weekly at school with Maui Tumblers! The students have the opportunity to work on their balance, coordination, confidence, and self control through these fun and busy classes!
