🚨 Kress ISD, forget a bond for turf—we need a top-notch Athletic Director FIRST! It’s time to get serious about replacing the athletic director you drove away! Your sloppy job posting, full of typos and ignored for days, is a joke. How can teachers or coaches take this seriously? Are you just desperate to fill the spot? 🤦‍♂️ Why no head coaching experience required? How can an Athletic Director lead coaches without being one? 🏈🏀 Who approved this disaster of a post? Kress ISD, show real commitment: hire a qualified leader, find great teachers and coaches, and PAY THEM WELL!

We believe the district should hire an outside source such as the Texas Association of School Boards Facilities Services (TASB) to conduct a comprehensive facility assessment and publish it for taxpayers to see.

This assessment should include the following for each building in the district, including but not limited to the elementary school.
* Physical Condition of Facilities Assessment
* Educational Adequacy Assessment
* Capacity & Utilization Assessment
The taxpayers should know the condition of each campus, prioritize, and plan accordingly.

BEFORE COMMITTING TO ANOTHER BOND.

A NO vote does not mean you don’t support schools, children or teachers. A NO vote means that you expect your school board to be responsible stewards of your tax dollars and spend the money correctly. Put the money in the classroom, focus on teacher salaries, and ask for what is needed not a Christmas list!
Spend our tax dollars on a school we can afford!
Vote No and demand a better Bond Proposal.
