The waitlist is open.

Today we opened the waiting list for The Parc on Meharry: 104 income-restricted apartments rising in Scarboro alongside Scarboro Community Center. All homes are restricted at or below 60 percent of area median income. 50 will carry Project-Based Vouchers for the deepest affordability.

The community's name honors Meharry Medical College, one of the nation's oldest historically Black academic health science centers, founded in Nashville in 1876.

Applicants can anticipate a 12 to 18 month wait once placed. Note: our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV / Section 8) waitlist is separate and remains closed.

Lake City Elementary EHS have had a great beginning of the school year!

Check out Lake City Elementary EHS students. Our class used their physical, thinking and social skills this week exploring different types of containers. They were able to build hand strength , how things fit together and simple problems through play.
