Finding Freedom: Healing After Religious Trauma
Leaving a high-control religion can feel like stepping into a whole new world, equal parts exciting and overwhelming. For so long, you may have been told who to be, what to believe, and how to live. Once you walk away, questions like “Who am I now?” or “What do I even believe?” can feel heavy.
