From the opening processional to the moving rose ceremony, every moment of Graduation was a beautiful celebration of God’s faithfulness and the incredible journey of our seniors.

We celebrated academic excellence, leadership, perseverance, and the SPIRIT of a Warrior through special awards, heartfelt speeches from our Salutatorian and Valedictorian, worship, prayer, and the presentation of diplomas.

Celebrating Pastor Hanna Flippo! 🎉

We are thrilled to celebrate our very own Mrs. Hanna Flippo! Yesterday, City of Life Church joyfully ordained eight pastors, and Mrs. Flippo was among them. What an incredible and well deserved honor!

This is a beautiful testament to the calling and anointing over her life. For years, she has carried a true shepherd’s heart of loving, guiding, praying for, and pouring into those God has placed in her care. The love, wisdom, and compassion she extends so naturally reflect a life devoted to ministry long before this official recognition.

She faithfully serves, encourages, and uplifts so many within our school community and beyond. Her steady presence, spiritual leadership, and genuine care for students and families make an eternal impact every single day.

We are truly blessed to have her at City of Life Christian Academy and are so proud to celebrate this special milestone with her.

City of Life Christian Academy enters tonight’s regional matchup with history, momentum, and a veteran group determined to extend a special season. The Warriors, the #2 seed in the FHSAA Class 1A Region 3 tournament, will host Canterbury in the program’s first home regional game since 2013.

City of Life comes into the game with an impressive 21–6 record, highlighted by a school-record 12-game winning streak that was snapped in the district final against Victory. Despite the setback, the Warriors have established themselves as one of the top teams in the region behind a senior-led core that has set the tone for culture, toughness, and accountability.

This year’s team is powered by nine seniors, including leaders Jahkeema King, Isaac Manlove, and Samuel Perez, who have helped elevate the program on and off the court. In his first season as varsity head coach, Wendell Perez has guided the group with steady leadership. Perez is no stranger to this senior class, having previously led many of them to a CFAA Middle School Championship in 2022, laying the foundation for the success they are now experiencing at the varsity level.
