I can’t believe I get to have my own bookstore. We have a space. We signed a lease. We did the thing. It’s so scary and so amazing and did I mention scary?! Thank you to the group of ladies that shows up for book club. We appreciate you and I appreciate all my followers here who supported me when this bookstore was just a little bookmark store on Etsy and all the steps in between. I haven’t posted on here in forever because this is such a transition for me. I haven’t been sure if I should just make this my personal account, or just share book stuff or share my creative things I make for or what… I have had this account for 7 years… 6 years? And met so many wonderful people that I don’t want to just give it up. I guess I’ll be sharing a little of everything here and if you are willing to stick around, thank you! Earlier this month we had a pop up bookstore for for three days inside and it’s the most exciting thing I have ever done. Each day we are steps closer to getting a permanent location for our bookstore. Right now we are operating online. I cannot wait to open our brick and mortar. It’s my dream.

What was the last book you read??

I finished a couple books yesterday on a flight back from NY and really enjoyed Not an Easy Win by Chrystal D Giles. I highly recommend this middle grade novel!
