Paste your services page into Claude and ask it to turn each heading into a question a client asks, answered in the two sentences under it.

Then have it list every vague claim, and swap each for a real number from your business. Claude doesn’t know what you can prove, so check every number and promise yourself, and cut any you can’t prove before the page goes live.

Say one idea out loud to Claude, and three prompts turn it into five posts.

In the Claude phone app, tap the mic on the right of the message box, say the prompt from slide one and your idea, check the text, then tap the arrow. Stay in the same chat for the next two prompts. Under the last one, paste two emails you wrote, with client names taken out, so the posts match how you write.

Read each post before it goes out. Where your idea left a gap, Claude fills it with details you never said.

Before you paste client work into AI, check the setting that controls whether your chats are used to train the model.

In Claude: your initials (lower left), Settings, Privacy, then switch off “Help improve our AI models.” In ChatGPT: Settings, Data Controls, then switch off “Improve the model for everyone.” From then on, new chats aren’t used for training.

For one sensitive chat, use Claude’s incognito chat (the ghost icon at the top right of a new chat) or ChatGPT’s Temporary Chat.

Each question a client asks you on a call can become a post.

Take client names and details out of your call notes, then paste the notes into Claude and ask: “List the questions I was asked.” Then: “Write three posts that answer them.” Keep the question list for next week’s posts.

Three prompts to check a business idea before you spend on it, in Claude or ChatGPT.

1. “My skills are [list]. Problems I’ve solved: [list]. Suggest ideas built from those.” Already have an idea? Describe it in two lines and go to the second prompt.
2. “For each idea, what assumption is most likely wrong? Why do people quit it?” Spend the most time here: it asks what you’re most likely wrong about.
3. “Score each: paid in 30 days? Do I want the work? Survivable if it fails?”

Then ask it to pick one idea, and check the pick against what you know.

Ask Claude to argue with your proposal before your client does.

In a copy of the proposal, swap client names for [client]. Paste that copy into Claude and ask: “What would a skeptical client object to? What am I missing? Rank them, strongest first.” Then answer the strongest objection inside the proposal.

Ask Claude for three versions of your next post: a list, a take against the usual advice, and a story from your own work.

In the same message, give Claude your idea and one real moment from your work: the client’s problem, what you did, what changed. Without it, Claude invents one. Then keep the version closest to how you’d say it, or combine the parts you liked.

If Claude keeps using a client’s wrong name after you correct it, here’s how to clear it.

Claude remembers context from earlier in the conversation, so the wrong name is still there next to your correction. Claude’s Memory setting, which saves details from your chats for later ones, is on by default on the Free, Pro and Max plans, so the wrong name can carry into a new chat too.

1. In that chat, ask: “List every fact you’re working from.” Copy the list into a note and correct it.
2. Open Settings, then Memory. Under Topics, select the one that holds the wrong name, then use the edit icon to fix it, or select Delete.
3. Start a new chat and paste your corrected list. If you were drafting something for that client, paste the latest draft too, with the name fixed.

The new chat starts from your corrected list.

Tell Claude about your business once: what you sell, who buys it, the problem you solve, how you sound, and the words you never use.

Write those in a doc, and leave out client names and anything under NDA. Then paste it into Claude under your initials (lower left), Settings, Account, Instructions for Claude. Claude applies it to every conversation.

In ChatGPT on the web, paste the same text into Settings, Personalization, Custom instructions. In the phone app, look for Customize ChatGPT.
