October is Pastor appreciation month. Having a Husband who is also your Pastor is a unique blessing that I don’t ever want to take for granted. With the deepest reverence and respect, I just want to take a moment and say “Thank You” to Brad!

Brad, thank you for leading our family, as you lead and guide the Church. I cannot imagine the weight you carry, but you make the burden look light.

Thank you for being a true example of God’s tangible, unconditional love. You loved me when I thought no one else would, and you sacrifice everything for our family.

Thank you for being the real, authentic YOU!
The man I see delivering the word of God to His people is the same guy I see brushing his teeth and leaving his socks on the floor (and secretly, I love to pick those socks up off the floor!)

You are my rib donor, my protector, my best friend, and my Pastor!

I’m feeling a little left out as we celebrate Back-to-School in our house over the past few weeks!

Jake and McLane are two weeks into their HS Junior Year.🧔‍♂️🧔🏻‍♂️ Yes, they have beards! 😆

Joshua started his Freshman Year at Williams Baptist University and plays Lead Guitar in the Worship Band.🎸

Anna is finishing her Senior Year at Austin Peay University and will be graduating in December. 👩🏻‍🎓

Oh, and did I mention that my super hot Hunny started his Masters of Divinity at Liberty University.🧑🏻‍💻

I might not be heading back to school with them, but cheering them on is MY role, and I couldn’t be more excited and grateful for the opportunity to do so! 🎉

We raised our children to believe that no dream is unreachable; you can do anything, ALL THINGS, you set your mind to. You have to be willing to do the work, and if and when you get knocked down, you get back up with a fire in your belly and go after that dream with a new found fierceness!

Absolutely ADORE these women!!

One of my most favorite things about is the sisterhood!

I may never have had the opportunity to meet these outstanding women, , or to sit in the chair of , but God brought us all together, and I will forever be changed by the week we spent together!

Thank you each for being apart of my life!!😘🥰

This is my LEGACY!!

That’s our son, Joshua, as a college freshman, playing lead guitar for the !!

As a worship team member and a musician myself, I always prayed that one day our children would know the value and understand the TRUE meaning of worship; I knew that would be part of the legacy I would pass down to our children.

Beyond blessed to get to see my legacy lived out! God is so faithful, and I will FOREVER stand in awe of the One who gave it all!!
