It is my great pleasure and honor to introduce to you Zack and Laura Layn’s beautiful daughter Blake💖! So blessed to have another adorable granddaughter. Our family is growing!!

Welcome Amelia Marie (Millie) Del La Torre born to Shelby Jo and Gonzo. August 12th at 10:39. Her weight was 7lbs 3oz and 20” long. We are so excited and blessed to introduce her to you. Mama and Millie are home and doing well. These pictures don’t do her justice, she is beautiful and those cheeks are adorable.

Shelby Jo and Gonzo are going to have a baby! How blessed this baby is to have two such wonderful people for parents. We are over the moon

Today Stella Jo turns 1. Wow!! She is our beautiful blessing and has brought so much joy into all our lives. Thank you God for this sweet baby girl! Happy Birthday Stella!

Today marks the first anniversary of Joe Layn passing. It has gone by quickly and slowly all at the same time. We are all doing well. Our family has a strong base of faith and love. I’d like to thank you again for all the love and support you continue to give us. God’s plan is not for us to understand. We need to accept it and know He loves us and will always always take care of us.

Exactly 2 years from today Joe had his transplant. Today he went home to be with Jesus. I had the honor of calling him my husband. To all of you who loved him so dearly and prayed so hard for us "Thank you" God Bless you all.

Hi prayer warriors. One last prayer please. Pray that God takes Joe up to be with him soon. He is so tired and so ready to be with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. God is Good all time!

Sorry it's late. Update on dad: we moved out of ICU tonight to a step down unit. He is still using the breathing machine at night to help open his lungs up more. The lasix helped tremendously to pull off the extra fluid that was causing some of his respiratory distress. His anxiety is better but still an issue at times. doctors have been pretty optimistic with us today but we are still very sick. Continue to pray for his lungs to open up and for his breathing pattern to become more regular. Also continue to pray for rest. He isn't sleeping much at night right now. Thanks you all for the encouragement and keep the prayers coming. We can feel the power of prayer!
