Groove is in the Heart – Walk Live Special Edition
Every Wednesday in February, Metroplex will host a special edition of the Walk Live Class. In recognition of Heart Month, employees and community members are encouraged to join in the “Groove is in the Heart” Indoor Walking Class from 6-7 pm every Wednesday throughout February.
