Expose Killeen isd for what it really is

So we have heard there is a teacher who has a contract, but, they may not have a job when the new school year. They are cancelling allocations for spots but never told him.

Now they maybe out of a job come school time. The district hired someone from out of district for his allocation.

Great district right?

I think the district should be completely open about the teacher shortage.

They claim to be short 100s of teachers but we keep hearing there are multiple teachers who have signed contracts are in their 4th year plus, in teaching not getting their contracts, and 4th year plus, teachers who have contracts but no position for them. How is that even possible?

Taina Maya was arrested for physically assaulting her husband, and nothing happened to her, now to be fair in a lot of domestic abuse cases the injured person drops the charges, and that is what happened here. The district however did not do anything about the arrest.

Why are we discussing this?

A teacher can be fired for "moral turpitude". So if a teacher gets cited for Public Intoxication a class C misdemeanor, without a final judgment, why wouldn't the district at least suspend Maya until her judgement, unless she received favorable treatment from Good Ol Boy Dr. Craft. I'm sure Good Ol Boy Chucky had a hand to play in it, I mean he was in the DEA and we know that he will cover up something, is that why Chucky doesn't want Killeen Daily Harold to get his records, cover up after cover after cover up? I do know, however, it is awfully suspicious.

Maybe tomorrow we can discuss a coach at one of the high schools with a fairly serious arrest.

Wow the new compensation plan is very good, now if only you could show you teachers that you care about them. Not that you’re desperate enough to pay them.

So let’s start with some low hanging fruit….

So some of you may remember Monte Allwein, the Shoemaker Swimming coach who stole more than $7500 on the district credit card. That is a state jail felony, Texas Penal code 31.03 (e)(4)(A).

Now let’s talk about “Dr” Eric Penrod. The former Deputy Superintendent who falsified his college transcripts to say he had a Ph.d, and made every one call him ”Dr. Penrod”. That ladies and gentlemen we call Tampering with Governmental Documents, Texas Penal Code 37.10 (c)(2)(A), which is a 3rd degree felony.

Why are talking about this, well, Allwein was arrested and charged and received probation, which is the right thing to do, we all know you shouldn’t steal.
Well Penrod was allowed to resign, is eligible for rehire, allowed to receive a job offer from the district, and no one at the district will say anything bad about him so he can move on. The District even said he resigned so he “can peruse other endeavors”. Why wasn’t he charged?

The district is a good old boy system. How can someone who committed a worse act, and get such favorable treatment? The answer is he’s Dr. Crafts friend, and Chucky allowed it to happen.

The rules in this district only apply to people who they want to get rid of. This is a prime example of “Good ol Boys”.

I will update with more examples of Good ol Boys as often as I can.

Parents don’t know what really happens at KISD, and I don’t know if the School Board is oblivious to it, Dr. Craft is lying about it, or if they’re all in on it, but rest assured I will talk about about the reason the district is over 200 teachers short, and losing more by the day.
