FREE MASTERCLASS: What Families Need to Know Before Surgery Recovery Begins

If you or someone you love has an upcoming:

✅ Knee replacement

✅ Hip replacement

✅ Back surgery

✅ Planned hospitalization requiring rehab

This free training will help you understand what happens after the hospital stay.

You'll learn:

• What to expect when rehab starts

• Why the first 72 hours matter

• Common mistakes families don't know to watch for

• Questions that can help you stay ahead of problems

After 25+ years working inside nursing homes and rehab facilities, I've seen the same questions come up again and again.

That's why I created this free training.

🎥 Watch here:

If your parent, spouse, or loved one is in rehab or skilled nursing right now…

you may already feel the confusion starting.

You’re trying to stay on top of everything:
• medications
• therapy
• discharge plans
• pain control
• meals
• fall risks
• communication

And everyone keeps saying:
“Everything looks fine.”

But families are often overwhelmed during the first few days — and nobody really explains what questions matter most.

I know this because I’ve spent over 25 years working inside nursing homes and rehab facilities.

I’ve seen the small things that turn into big problems.

And I’ve also seen how much smoother things can go when families know:
• what to ask
• what to watch for
• and what not to let slip through the cracks

That’s why I created Rehab Ready SOS.

To help families feel more informed, more confident, and less alone during rehab and skilled nursing stays.

You can:
✅ Get the free Rehab Ready Checklist
✅ Book a private SOS guidance call
✅ Learn the questions families often wish they had asked earlier

You do NOT have to navigate this alone.

Educational information only — not medical, legal, or insurance advice. Rehab Ready does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.

By the time many families realize they should be asking more questions in rehab… they’re already overwhelmed.

If that’s where you are right now, I offer a private 30-minute guidance call to help you feel more prepared and less alone.

I wish more families understood this before rehab:

By the time you realize you should be asking more questions… you are often already overwhelmed.

You’re tired.
You’re emotional.
You’re hearing different things from different people.
And underneath all of it is that quiet fear:

What if something important is being missed?

If that hits home, you are not alone.

I created a private 30-minute Rehab Ready guidance call for families who need help making sense of what’s happening, what to ask, and what to watch for during a rehab or skilled nursing stay.

Sometimes just having someone help you slow it down and sort through it can make all the difference.

If you want more info, comment INFO or send me a DM. 🙏

One of the hardest parts of rehab is not knowing:

Is this normal… or a red flag?

If you’re overwhelmed and trying to help a parent or spouse in rehab or skilled nursing, I now offer a private 30-minute guidance call.

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about rehab is that families believe someone is going to sit down and clearly explain everything.

What the plan is.
What to expect.
What is normal.
What should raise concern.

But that is not how it feels for a lot of people.

Instead, families are often left trying to piece things together while also worrying about someone they love.

And that is a terrible place to be.

If you are dealing with a rehab or skilled nursing stay right now and feel overwhelmed, I offer a private 30-minute guidance call to help families feel more prepared and less alone.

Not medical advice.
Just calm, practical help from someone with years of nursing home experience who understands how confusing this can feel.
